  1. Navigate to one of these screens:

    1. ‘Inventory Count by Area’ screen

      1. Inventory Adjustments on this screen will affect the Inventory in the displayed ‘Inventory Location’.

  2. Select the row that represents the Inventory to be adjusted.

    1. The ‘Inventory’ row may start with the ‘Qty on Hand’,or the ‘Inventory Location’ column.

  3. Either right-click the row, or click on the ‘Pancake’ menu at the right end of the row, then select the ‘Add Inventory Adjustment’ option.

  4. On the ‘Add / Edit Inventory Adjustment’ dialog,

  5. Select the Adjustment ‘Type’, ‘Quantity’, and ‘Comment’ (optional).

    1. Note that the ‘Total Adjustments’ and ‘Adjusted Quantity’ indicate the Sum of the Adjustments on the dialog, and the net Available Quantity after adjustment.

  6. Multiple adjustments can be performed at once.

  7. Click the ‘Save’ button to complete the transaction; OR,

  8. Click the ‘Cancel’ button to close the dialog without saving.

  1. For the adjusted Product, navigate to either the:

    1. ‘Inventory Search’ screen → ‘Transaction Log’ tab; or,

    2. ‘Product Info’ screen → ‘Inventory’ tab → ‘Transaction Log’ subtab

  2. Select the ‘Inventory Area’ and optionally the ‘Inventory Location’.

  3. Optional Search Criteria:

    1. Expiration Date Range

    2. Lot Number, Serial Number, NDC, and Manufacturer (searching by a partial value is not possible)

    3. Transaction Date Range

    4. Transaction Type (only one at a time):

      1. Expired

      2. Inventory Count

      3. Lost

      4. Product Setup

      5. Purchase Received

      6. Reconciliation

      7. Sold

      8. Transfer In

      9. Transfer Out

      10. Transfer Receiving

      11. Used

      12. Waste

  4. Click the ‘Search’ button.

  5. Verify that the appropriate Inventory Adjustment transaction was posted.
