Overview
- Provides the ability to view, add, edit, and print comments and alerts for the current vendor.
Click the 'Navigation' button on the VetView button bar at the top of the screen, then click on the 'Vendor Setup' hyperlink.
Search for existing Vendors.
Select the Vendor and click the 'Edit' button; or, click on the 'Vendor Name' hyperlink.
Click on the 'Comments & Alerts' tab.
The availability of menu items is controlled by privileges that are assigned to each user, so the 'Navigation Menu' will not look the same for all users.
Functionality
- The 'Comments & Alerts' tab provides the ability to view, add, and modify alerts and comments for the the vendor.
- 'Alerts types' are configured via the 'Alert Type Setup' screen.
- Features planned for this page include:
- The ability to add predefined alerts from the 'Alert Type Setup' screen.
- The ability to add free text comments.
- The ability to view and modify existing alerts and comments for the vendor.
