General Description
This screen is used to setup settings & mappings associated with the Requests Screen.

Request Settings
| Number | Name | Description |

| 1 | Client | This lists all the clients for which the laboratory has settings/mappings. "Clients" in this context is an outside lab or ordering institution. |
| 2 | Lab ID | This is the ID of the currently selected lab. This is the number that incoming requests need to reference for orders directed at the selected lab. |
| 3 | Client Identifier | This is number identifier that incoming requests need to reference to show that they're from a known outside lab/ordering institution. |
| 4 | Add New Client | Adds a new client to the list in the Client box (number 1). |
Request Mappings
| Number | Name | Description |

| 1 | Mapping Type | Selects from among Client, Breed, Species, Sex, Specimen, and Test to create Request Maps. |
| 2 | Add Mapping | Adds a new map of the selected type. |
| 3 | Purge All Mappings | Removes all maps of the selected type. (Cannot be undone!) |
| 4 | Incoming Value | This is the value received from the outside source. |
| 5 | Map To Value | This is the value to which the Incoming Value will be matched (and switched out for on the Request Screen). |
