Labs Administrator Guide
Who is this guide intended for?
This guide is intended for Lab administrators and managers who are responsible for setting up, configuring, and managing VetView as part of their major job responsibilities. As VetView is a large and complex system that can be fully customized to suit your lab's needs, we strongly recommend you have a dedicated project manager with a full team to help configure and maintain the system, as well as a local tier one support system to handle questions from students, staff, and clinicians. For ongoing feedback and training, your team should also have a group of subject matter experts and super users comprised of staff and clinicians who are familiar with VetView.
What do I do if I can't find the information I need?
You can user the search box at the top of any screens in the User Guide section to see if your information is available based on the key word. You can also check out the Admin FAQs for some of the common questions we receive from our clients. If you cannot find an answer to your question on our Wiki, then please contact VetView via Freshdesk to open a support ticket.
