This functionality is new as of version 4.1.
In order to have access to Modify and Save a Product Reorder List:
One of the following must apply:
The User is assigned to the Destination Inventory Area (Hospital Unit), and has the 'Purchase Order' Elevated Privilege; OR,
The User is a member of a Security Role that is assigned to the Destination Inventory Area (Hospital Unit), and has the 'Purchase Order' Elevated Privilege.

The ability to save multiple Product Reorder Lists for any combination of Inventory Area, User, and Vendor, provides the ability to create standard lists of Products that can be ordered on a regular basis from all Vendors.
To Save a Product Reorder List:
Navigate to the ‘Product Reorder’ screen.
Refer to Search Product Reorder Lists.
Click the ‘Save’ button.
Add a Comment in order to distinguish between lists on the ‘Product Reorder Search’ screen.
Navigate to the ‘Product Reorder Search’ screen.
Refer to Search Product Reorder Lists.
Search for Product Reorder Lists by Inventory Location, Vendor, User, and Date.
Refer to Search Product Reorder Lists.
Distinguish between lists using the ‘Comments’.
