Overview
Provides the ability to view the Package prices, set the Package Adjustments, and print the Billing Package report.
- Features of the Billing Package:
- Time of Service Package Price - The sales price of the Time of Service Package.
- Prepaid Package Price - The sales price of the Prepaid Package.
- Total Package Price - The sales price of the entire Billing Package, including the 'Unallocated Funds' amount.
- Unallocated Funds - The difference between the Total Package Price, minus the Time of Service and Prepaid Package prices.
- Package Adjustments - The credit and debit adjustments that will be used to post the package adjustments created when the order is closed.
- Billing Package report - A report, that can be viewed and printed, that shows the configuration of the current Billing Package.
Click the 'Navigation' button on the VetView button bar at the top of the screen.
Select the 'Product Setup' hyperlink.
Search for a Billing Package product.
- Select the product and click the 'Edit' button; or, click on the 'Product Name' hyperlink.
- Click on the 'Package' tab.
The availability of menu items is controlled by privileges that are assigned to each user, so the 'Navigation Menu' will not look the same for all users.
