Overview

  • Provides the ability to see the Billing Packages, Multi-item Products, Price Set Discounts, and Catalogs in which the current product has been used; or, the product to which it has been attached as a Service Fee/Add-On - from the Product Setup screen.

  • Features of the 'Component Of' tab:
    • Subtabs:
      • Time of Service Packages
      • Prepaid Packages
      • Discount Packages
      • Price Set Discounts
      • Multi-Item Products
      • Catalog Items
      • Service Fees & Add-Ons 
    • For each of the subtabs, a list of the products, price sets, and catalogs, is provided with their relevant attributes.

Catalogs subtab

  • Provides the ability to view a list of Catalogs associated with a selected Product.

Catalog Items subtab

  • Provides the ability to view a list of Catalog Items associated with a selected Product.

Discount Packages subtab

  • Provides the ability to view a list of Discount Packages that contain a selected Product.

Multi-Item Products subtab

  • Provides the ability to view a list of Multi-Item Products that contain a selected Product.

Picklists subtab

  • Provides the ability to view a list of Picklists that contain a selected Product.

Prepaid Packages subtab

  • Provides the ability to view a list of Prepaid Packages that contain a selected Product.

Price Set Discounts subtab

  • Provides the ability to view a list of Price Set Discounts that contain a selected Product.

Procedures subtab

  • Provides the ability to view a list of Procedures associated with a selected Product.

Service Fees & Add-Ons subtab

  • Provides the ability to view a list of Products that contain a selected Product as Service Fees / Add-Ons.

Time of Service Packages subtab

  • Provides the ability to view a list of Time of Service Packages that contain a selected Product.

Navigation

  1. Click the 'Navigation' button on the VetView button bar at the top of the screen.

  2. Select the 'Product Setup' hyperlink.

  3. Search for a Billing Package product.

  4. Select the product and click the 'Edit' button; or, click on the 'Product Name' hyperlink.

    This is a mockup of the screen that will provide this functionality.

The availability of menu items is controlled by privileges that are assigned to each user, so the 'Navigation Menu' will not look the same for all users.
