General Description
This screen is used to create/edit/delete product cap lists.
A Product Cap List is a named list of products that that will not be charged for if an accession orders a product (either by ordering an appropriate test or by directly adding the product to the accession) that is associated with that Cap List.

| 1 | Product Cap List | This area lists all lists that meet the search criteria (which defaults to all Product Cap Lists). |
| 2 | Product List | This area lists the products on the highlighted Product Cap List. |
| 3 | Cap List Link | This link opens the edit screen for the clicked-on list. |
| 4 | Product Link | This link brings the user to the Product Edit Screen for the clicked-on product. |
