Hospital Inventory

Although Hospital Inventory is divided into several screens with different privileges, we have combined them on this page to keep them all in one place.

Inventory Receiving

Privilege	Description	Screen
Inventory Receiving	Allows the user to access the Inventory Receiving screen from the Purchase Order page. The button may be visible if the user does not have the privilege, but page access will be blocked.	Purchase Order

Inventory Request

Privilege	Description	Screen
Inventory Request	Grants View Only access to the Inventory Transfer Request screen. This screen will be view only unless further privileges are added below. However, users can access all portions of the screen, and print the transfer requests.	Inventory Request
Process Inventory Transfer Request	Allows the user to mark a transfer request as completed.	Inventory Request
Edit Inventory Transfer Request	Allows a user to modify a new or open inventory transfer request. Without this privilege, a New request appears as read only.	Inventory Request
Delete Inventory Transfer Request	Allows the user to delete an inventory transfer request.	Inventory Request
Create Inventory Transfer Request	Allows the user to create a new Inventory Transfer Request. Without this privilege, the button is not visible on the screen.	Inventory Request

Inventory Reorder

Inventory Reorder	Allows the user access to the Inventory Reorder screen. All features within this page are accessible with this privilege.	Inventory Reorder

Inventory Auditing

Inventory Auditing	Allows access to the Inventory Reconciliation page. All features within this screen are accessible with this privilege.	Inventory Reconciliation
