Hospital Inventory Privileges

Although Hospital Inventory is divided into several screens with different privileges, we have combined them on this page to keep them all in one place.

Inventory Receiving

Privilege	Description	Screen
Inventory Receiving	Grants access to the Inventory Receiving features on the Inventory Reorder screen.	Inventory Reorder

Inventory Requests Privileges

Privilege	Description	Screen
Inventory Requests	Grants View Only access to the Inventory Transfer Request screen. This screen will remain view only unless further privileges are added. However, users can access all portions of the screen, and print the transfer requests.	Inventory Transfer Request
Process Inventory Transfer Requests	Allows the user to mark a transfer request as completed.	Inventory Transfer Request
Edit Inventory Transfer Request	Allows the user to modify a new or open inventory transfer request. Without this privilege, a New request appears as read only.	Inventory Transfer Request
Delete Inventory Transfer Request	Allows the user to delete an inventory transfer request.	Inventory Transfer Request
Create Inventory Transfer Requests	Allows the user to create a new Inventory Transfer Request. Without this privilege, the button is not visible on the screen.	Inventory Transfer Request

Inventory Reorder Privilege

Privilege	Description	Screen
Inventory Reorder	Allows for the user to reorder hospital inventory and grants access to all features for that screen.	Inventory Reorder

Inventory Auditing

Privilege	Description	Screen
Inventory Auditing	Controls access to the Inventory Auditing features. All features on this screen are included with screen access.	Inventory Reconciliation
