Search for Incomplete or Failed Transactions
The Administration screen allows you to search for transactions on batches of accounts.
Incomplete transactions have not finished yet but are not in a failed status.
Transactions that are processing or delayed are being currently handled by the API but have not yet failed.
Complete transactions may be viewed as confirmation they were sent.
Failed transactions indicate that the API encountered an error processing it. Use this tool to display the exact error, and if possible correct it.
Note that certain errors are programmatic in nature and cannot be resolved without assistance from the VetView Team.
