Add Items Below Min Stock

• Purchase Order Items can be added for Products that have reached their 'Minimum Stock Quantity'.

• Refer to Edit Minimum Quantity.

To Add Items Below Minimum Stock Quantity to the Purchase Order:

1. Create a ‘New’ Purchase Order.

   1. Click the ‘Add Items Below Min Stock Qty’ button.

   2. Confirm the action.

      

2. Click the ‘Add Items Below Min Stock Qty’ button.

   1. The Products that have reached the Minimum Stock Quantity will be added as Purchase Order Items.

   2. The 'Ordered Qty⁽¹⁾' will be automatically populated with a value equal to:

      ((Minimum Quantity(2) - Quantity on Hand(3) - Pending Quantity(4)) / Sales Quantity per Order Unit ) Rounded up to the next whole number.

      1. ((Minimum Quantity⁽²⁾ - Quantity on Hand⁽³⁾ - Pending Quantity⁽⁴⁾) / Sales Quantity per Order Unit ) Rounded up to the next whole number.

      2. The Sales Quantity per Order Unit is equal to the product of the S:St and St:O ratios for the Vendor Product.
