An Inventory Transfer Request Item can be deleted as long as it has not been ‘Submitted’.

In order to have access to the 'Delete Item' menu option:

One of the following must apply:


To Delete an Inventory Transfer Request Item:

  1. Navigate to the ‘Inventory Transfer Request’ screen.

  2. The Inventory Transfer Request Status must be ‘New’.

  3. Right-click the row that represents the Inventory Transfer Request Item to be deleted; OR,

  4. Click the Pancake button at the right end of the row that represents the Inventory Transfer Request Item to be deleted.

  5. Click the ‘Delete Item’ menu option.

    1. This menu option is only available when the Inventory Transfer Request Status is ‘New’.

  6. The ‘Remove Product’ popup will appear.

  7. Click the ‘OK’ button to delete the Inventory Transfer Request Item and close the popup; OR,

  8. Click the ‘Cancel’ button to cancel the operation and close the popup.
