This should should live under the Administrative Functions section of Navigation, under the title Teaching Functions.
New custom apple icon:
It should be privilege locked for this screen separately from the Admin Functions screen (as they serve two totally different user types.)
It should also have the same look and feel as the Admin Functions screen.
