Overview

  • Provides the ability to view, edit, delete, and inactivate vendor contact information.

  • Vendor Name, Address, Account Number, Tax ID, and Electronic Purchase Order Number

Vendor Details subtab

  • Provides the ability to view, and edit, Vendor Details.
    • Vendor Name and Address
    • Code
    • Point of Contact
    • Account Number
    • Tax ID
    • Electronic Purchase Order Number
    • Comments

Contact Info subtab

  • Provides the ability to view, add, edit, and delete Vendor Contacts.
    • General, Payment, Order, Return, and Repair contacts
    • Addresses
    • Phone and Fax Numbers
    • Email Addresses

Navigation

  1. Click the 'Navigation' button on the VetView button bar at the top of the screen, then click on the 'Vendor Setup' hyperlink.

  2. Search for existing Vendors.

  3. Select the Vendor and click the 'Edit' button; or, click on the 'Vendor Name' hyperlink.

  4. Click on the 'Vendor' tab.

The availability of menu items is controlled by privileges that are assigned to each user, so the 'Navigation Menu' will not look the same for all users.
