Overview

  • Provides the ability to create, edit, and inactivate price sets.
 Features of the Price Set ...
  • Multiplication FactorPrice Sets define a multiplication factor that can be associated to each client.
    • The Multiplication Factor will be applied to each product purchased by the client.
    • If it is less than 1, a 'Client Type Discount' will be applied.
    • If is is greater than 1, a 'Client Type Fee' will be applied.
    • If the Multiplication Factor is edited, it will affect future purchases, or charges on bills that have not yet been closed.

  • Adjustment Codes & ReasonsEach Price Set can be configured with the adjustment codes and reasons to be used for the discount or fee.
  • Special Discounts - Special Discounts are applied to specific product lines, or individual products
    • The discounts are applied as a percentage of the invoice price.
    • If the discount rate is edited, it will affect future purchases, or charges on bills that have not yet been closed.
    • Special discounts supersede the Multiplication Factor.
