Database Changes to support Patient Timeline

To speed up the loading time of this page, we need to investigate whether a custom view in the VetView database for each episode will allow for more rapid gathering of information.

This should become a permanent view of all objects within an episode, to allow for faster load times of this tab and its episode objects.
