Deficiencies on the Patient List
The Patient List is scheduled to undergo major improvements at some point during the 2.X series of VetView. This page was written as of version 2.0.1 and may not reflect changes made to later versions.
How can I see which of my episodes have incomplete work on them?
Under My Open Episodes, a list of all current episodes for which the logged in user is listed as Personnel will appear.
Deficiencies, or incomplete work on these episodes, will appear in their own column. The Medical Record Group that is missing or incomplete will be listed.
Click on the Episode number to jump to the episode and fill in the missing information.
How can I see which Discharged episodes are considered deficient in the system?
If you collapse the My Open Episodes section, the second group on this screen is Deficient Discharged Episodes. Just like the previous group, any missing parts of the record will appear in the deficiencies column, and you can jump directly to the episode to correct the issue by clicking on the Episode number in the first column.
