Mockups

New Disease Reporting Screen under Navigation > Reports

This is a new screen that will allow research staff access to the data without needing Admin privileges to access the Job logs.

(Use the existing “antiparasitic” icon in VetView as the icon for this section, as it is appropriate.)

New Disease Reporting Screen

Model this screen after the existing Local Reports screen. Additional features may be added to this screen in the future. Since the Local Reports screen is intended for custom reports, and these are going to be fixed System Reports, we will keep this screen separate.

This screen will allow for the following features:

  • Selection of Report

  • Selection of Disease for Disease Report

  • Selection of Dates

New Disease Reporting Screen Privilege

Although this will not require admin privileges, we will lock this screen inside a separate privilege for privacy. Access to this screen will grant access to all included reports.

Import current NALHN local reports as System Reports on this screen

For additional reports: Move existing local NALHN reports from UGA product into standard System Reports. This will encourage other NALHN schools to use them and allow access for these reports to researchers.

External Disease Jasper Report

This will be a Java system report that displays the following data for the reports from the date and test selected:

  • A title that contains a summary of all the tests chosen in the Multi-Select

  • Dates Test Finalized

  • Test Name(s)

  • Test Result

  • Patient Name / Case Number / Demographics

  • RDVM Demographics

  • Reported By

  • Reported to Email Addresses

A separate Excel version of this report should generate as clean columns.

Aggregate Disease Jasper Report

This report should be a Summary of the selected tests and the positive count, with the option for breakdown by species and/or owner zip code.
