Instant New Patient Creation in Repeatable Document

When a patient ID number is added via the spreadsheet element, the system should perform a check in the background against existing individual patients associated with the group patient’s client.

• If an individual patient in the Patients column has a match to both the patient and the client, the patient name in the spreadsheet element should change to a link to the patient page. Visually, this should be the blue text with an underline.  Clicking this link should automatically open to the patient record in a new tab (to prevent accidentally going forward before data is saved.)
• If there is NO match automatically found, then the patient ID should not become a link until the document is saved. On save, the system should create a new patient with the ID put into the spreadsheet, and an association with the client’s name.  The only episode visible on this record will be the Group Patient episode.
