  1. Access the inventory audit screen through the main navigation. Select inventory area to view. Inventory area dropdown is limited to the inventory area the user is authorized for.

  2. Inventory will be grouped by Product then Location. Each row will dynamically expand if multiple locations and / or inventory details like: Expiration, Lot, Manufacturer, Serial Number, or NDC. By default the screen loads in the compact view.

  3. Click on the “Expand Inventory Details” menu option to show additional inventory details. Also, info dot or alert icon can be rolled over to see additional product details.

  4. Inventory list can be filtered by location or other attributes. To get more search options click the “More Search Option” menu option.

  5. Fields will highlight in red to indicate missing or alert information. Example: missing location, expired inventory, or quantity falling below minimum quantity.

  6. When an inventory row is modified, there is an indicator that will highlight blue. When “Save” is clicked all modifications are preserved. Inventory transaction records are created with any adjustment made.

  7. Right Click options are available to perform other adjustments of deleting, splitting, add, or edit an inventory row. Deleting not only zeroes out the quantity on hand, but also removed it from area’s minimum quantity defaults. Splitting a row, duplicates the selected row, making it easier to add deafferenting information like expiration, lot, serial, manufacturer. Add Inventory Item allows you to add a new product to the inventory area.

  8. To record waste or other adjustment reasons, there is a right click option for adding an adjustment.
