Overview

  • Provides the ability to search for Patient Admissions.

Admission screen

  • Provides the ability to view, add, and edit Patient Admissions, and access:
    • Admission Details
    • Episode Attachments
    • Episode Contacts
    • Episode Comments & Alerts
    • Episode Estimates

Find / Add Patient dialog

  • Provides the ability to find and add Patients on the Admission screen.

Admission Details tab

  • Provides the ability to
    • View and edit Admission Details
    • View, add, edit, and delete Episode Personnel
    • View, add, cancel, delete Appointments
    • Add Admission Forms
    • View Episode Alerts

Attachments tab (Admission)

  • Provides the ability to view, edit, and delete Admission/Episode Attachments.

Contacts tab

  • Provides the ability to view the Episode Header Contacts, and add Additional Contacts.

Episode Comments & Alerts tab

  • Provides the ability to add, edit, and delete Episode Comments and Alerts during the Admission Process.

Episode Comments & Alerts report

Estimate tab

  • Provides the ability to create multiple Estimates, for an Episode, during the Admission Process.

Fields and Controls

The following table lists all of the fields and controls found on this screen.  The fields and controls are grouped by their location on the screen; for example, buttons on a 'section' or columns in a 'data grid'.  Use the controls at the top of the table to change the sort, grouping, and row height.  To see more of the cell content,  click on the cell expansion control located at the top-right corner of a selected cell.
