Search for Incomplete or Failed Transactions

The Administration screen allows you to search for transactions on batches of accounts.

Incomplete transactions those which have not finished yet but are not in a failed status.

Transactions that are processing or delayed are being currently handled by the API but have not yet failed.

Complete transactions may be viewed as confirmation they were sent.

Failed Transactions

Failed transactions indicate that the API encountered an error processing it.  

Use this tool to display the exact error, and if possible correct it. 

Client Balance errors can sometimes be corrected using the Recalculate Client Receipt Balances tool found under the Administrative Functions screen, but that tool cannot correct any bad data, only balance problems that can be fixed by rerunning the transactions again. Errors caused by data issues will need to have the data fixed directly in the database.  

Note that certain errors are programmatic in nature and cannot be resolved without assistance from the VetView Team (such as the query errors visible below.)
