Search for aging balances

Use this screen to search for client accounts with balances that have reached a search age.

You can use a default age search, or set a custom length of days (e.g. search for balances that are 45 to 60 days old.)

You can also filter by payment activity, minimum balance, and filter whether the clients were already sent to collections.

Details about each client balance will appear in the Results section.

Print List of Results

Select the balances you want to print and click on Print List.  A PDF report will open.

Process Collection Letters

Use this feature to generate collection letters for the client accounts.

The letters can be automatically sent to the client via their preferred contact method, or printed to be mailed.

Once a collection letter has been processed for a client, it will disappear from the Results list.
