Auto-Stock Delivery Items

This functionality is new as of version 4.1.
After Receiving a Purchase Order Delivery, the Delivery can be added to the Stocking List for later processing, or the Delivery Items can be ‘Auto-Stocked’.
In order to have access to Auto-Stock Inventory:
One of the following must apply:
The User is assigned to the Destination Inventory Area (Hospital Unit), and has the 'Purchase Order' Elevated Privilege; OR,
The User is a member of a Security Role that is assigned to the Destination Inventory Area (Hospital Unit), and has the 'Purchase Order' Elevated Privilege.

How to Auto-Stock Delivery Items:
Before Auto-Stocking, the Inventory Area must be configured with a Default Inventory Location to be used for any Stocking Items that have not been Stocked in the Inventory Area before.
Refer to Configure Auto-Stocking.
Navigate to the ‘Purchase Order Details’ screen → ‘PO Delivery’ tab for a Purchase Order Delivery that has not been ‘Completed’.
Refer to Start Delivery.
'Purchase Order Details' screen → 'PO Delivery' tab → 'Mark Delivery Complete' buttonThe Purchase Order Status is ‘Sent’; AND,
The ‘Mark Delivery Complete’ button is enabled.
After specifying the ‘Received Qty’ for the Delivery Items,
Click the ‘Mark Delivery Complete’ button.
The ‘Complete Delivery’ dialog will open.
'Complete Delivery' dialogSelect the ‘Auto Stock’ option.
Click the ‘Complete Delivery’ button to complete the Delivery, Auto-Stock the Delivery Items, and open to the ‘Purchase Order Details’ screen → ‘Stocking’ tab; OR,
Click the ‘Cancel’ button to close the dialog and return to the ‘Purchase Order Details’ screen → ‘PO Delivery’ tab without completing the Delivery.
