Employee and Client Titles

In VetView 4.2 you can modify the titles for your clients and employees.

This allows you to customize the titles to match language localization without having to modify the database.

Add New Title

Click on the Add button to add a new title. A small window will appear.

Click on the Save button to add it to the system.

Edit a Title

If a title needs to be changed or set inactive, select the row and change it to be Inactive. Inactive titles will not be available to add to new clients, but it will not be removed from the database on existing clients.

 

Then you can Save again to apply the changes.

Delete a Title

If a title was added by mistake or will never be used again, it can be removed from the system entirely by clicking on the Delete button.

It will be removed from the database entirely, and any usage of the title will be replaced with a null.
