Create Public Picklist

This functionality is new as of version 4.0.

Inventory Picklists can be used to quickly populate a Purchase Order.

 

Two types of Inventory Picklists are available:

  1. Private:

    1. Created by a User via the 'Purchase Order Details' screen.

    2. Available only to the User who created it.

    3. As of VetView 4.0, cannot be edited, deleted, or inactivated.

    4. Refer to Create Private Picklist On-The-Fly.

  2. Public:

    1. Created via the 'Product Setup' screen → 'Billing / Inventory Picklist Setup' tab.

    2. Available to all Users.

    3. Can be edited, deleted, and inactivated.
