Cell Carrier Setup
The Cell Carrier Setup screen is used to add/edit cell phone carriers. These carriers are used as options on the Employee/User Management screen if the user opts to have notifications sent to his/her phone. The SMS feature will not function if the cell carrier is not designated, as the Gateway Address is used to route the messages approrpiately.
Clicking the Add New Record button or selecting a carrier displays the Edit Form panel.
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Carrier | The name of the cell phone carrier. |
| Gateway Address | Used to route the SMS address to the carrier for text messages. |
| Active | Indicates that this cell phone carrier is active and available in the rest of the system. |
