Medical Waste report

  •  Provides the ability to view and print medical waste records based on the Drug Disposal Search results.

Navigation

  • Click the 'Navigation' button on the VetView button bar.  
  • Select the 'Inventory Reconciliation' hyperlink from the 'Navigation Menu'.

The availability of menu items is controlled by privileges that are assigned to each user, so the 'Navigation Menu' will not look the same for all users.

Inventory Waste will have the following controls:

  • Product
  • Inventory Location
  • Inventory Area
  • Date/Time
  • User tracking loss
  • Qty lost (with sales / stock as options)
  • Type of loss (Used, Wasted, Missing - only available for non controlled substances)
  • Comments
  • Reason for loss (school defined - could include Expired, for example)
  • Method of Destruction
  • Witness and Witness Password
