Specs

Fields and Controls

The following table lists all of the fields and controls found on this screen.  The fields and controls are grouped by their location on the screen; for example, buttons on a 'section' or columns in a 'data grid'.  Use the controls at the top of the table to change the sort, grouping, and row height.  To see more of the cell content,  click on the cell expansion control located at the top-right corner of a selected cell.

Search Inventory by Inventory Area, Location, and Product

  1. Navigate to the 'Inventory Reconciliation & Adjustment' screen.
  2. Select an Inventory Area.
  3. Enter other optional search criteria.

     Click here to expand...
    1. Inventory Location
    2. Product
    3. Lot Number
    4. Serial Number
    5. NDC Number
    6. Manufacturer
    7. Last Recon Date
    8. Hide Reconciled Inventory
  4. Click the 'Search' button.
  5. Click the 'Reset' button to reset the search criteria.

Update Inventory Items

  1. Navigate to the 'Inventory Reconciliation & Adjustment' screen.
  2. Search for inventory by Inventory Area, Inventory Location, and Product.
  3. Select an inventory item from the 'Inventory List'.
  4. Update the inventory.

  5. Click the 'Post New Values' button.

    When clicked, the items that were reconciled, will be updated with the new values, and the 'Reconciliation Date' and 'User' will be set.

Print Local Reports

  1. Navigate to the 'Inventory Reconciliation & Adjustment' screen.
  2. Search for inventory that should be on the report.
  3. Enter other optional search criteria.

  4. Click the 'Reports' drop-down menu, and select the desired report.
