Overview
- Provides access to:
Contract Details subtab
- Provides the ability to view, add, edit, and inactivate Vendor Contracts.
- Contract Number and Name
- Contract Start, End, and Termination Dates
- Priority
- Default Inventory Area
- Purchase Order Type
- Contract Terms
Contract Products subtab
- Provides the ability to view and edit the Contract Products.
- Vendor's product name and catalog number
- VetView Product Number and Name
- Vendor Contract
- Contract Priority
- Manufacturer
- Sales, Stock, and Order Units
- Sales, Stock, and Order Unit Cost
- S:St and St:O Ratios
- Provides the ability to view, add, edit, and inactivate Vendor Contracts.
Click the 'Navigation' button on the VetView button bar at the top of the screen, then click on the 'Vendor Setup' hyperlink.
Search for existing Vendors.
Select the Vendor and click the 'Edit' button; or, click on the 'Vendor Name' hyperlink.
Click on the 'Contracts' tab.
The availability of menu items is controlled by privileges that are assigned to each user, so the 'Navigation Menu' will not look the same for all users.

The following table lists all of the fields and controls found on this screen. The fields and controls are grouped by their location on the screen; for example, buttons on a 'section' or columns in a 'data grid'. Use the controls at the top of the table to change the sort, grouping, and row height. To see more of the cell content, click on the cell expansion control located at the top-right corner of a selected cell.
