Create Private Picklist On-The-Fly (Transfer Request)
This functionality is new as of version 4.1.
While creating a 'New' Inventory Transfer Request, if the Inventory Transfer Request Items comprise a list of Products commonly transferred, they can be saved as a Private Picklist, and used by the same User on subsequent Inventory Transfer Requests.
In order to have access to create a Private Picklist on-the-fly from an Inventory Transfer Request:
One of the following must apply:
The User is assigned to the Destination Inventory Area (Hospital Unit), and has the 'Inventory Transfer' Elevated Privilege; OR,
The User is a member of a Security Role that is assigned to the Destination Inventory Area (Hospital Unit), and has the 'Inventory Transfer' Elevated Privilege.

A Private Picklist is only available to the User who created it.
A Private Picklist can be made Public via the ‘Product Setup’ screen → ‘Billing / Inventory Pick List Setup’ tab.
To Create a Private Picklist:
Navigate to the ‘Inventory Transfer Request' screen for a 'New’ Inventory Transfer Request.
'Inventory Transfer Request' screen → 'Save as Picklist' buttonAdd the Products, that should be contained in the Private Picklist.
Click the ‘Save as Picklist’ button.
The ‘Add Picklist’ dialog will open.
'Inventory Transfer Request' screen → 'Add Picklist' dialogEnter the ‘Picklist Name’.
Click the ‘Save’ button to save the Picklist and close the dialog; OR,
Click the ‘Cancel’ button to close the dialog without saving.
To review the Private Picklist, click the 'Picklist' button.
The 'Picklist' dialog will open.
Select the Picklist to be reviewed.
