Open Pull
This functionality is new as of version 4.1.
Inventory Pulls can be opened via the ‘Inventory Pull’ screen → ‘Select Transfer Request’ dialog; or, they can be viewed via the ‘Inventory Transfer Request’ screen → ‘Pull’ tab.
In order to have access to Pull Inventory for an Inventory Transfer Request:
One of the following must apply:
The User is assigned to the Source Inventory Area (Hospital Unit), and has the 'Inventory Transfer' Elevated Privilege; OR,
The User is a member of a Security Role that is assigned to the Source Inventory Area (Hospital Unit), and has the 'Inventory Transfer' Elevated Privilege.

To Open an Inventory Pull:
Navigate to the 'Navigation' menu.
The options available on the ‘Navigation’ menu will depend on the Privileges that are assigned to the User.
Select the ‘Inventory Pull’ hyperlink in the ‘Inventory Screens’ section.
The ‘Select Transfer Request’ dialog will open.
'Stocking' screen → 'Select Transfer Request' dialogSelect the ‘Source’ Inventory Area.
Select the 'Status' to filter the list.
Any:
The Inventory Transfer Requests with a Status of ‘Submitted’ and ‘Incomplete’, and Inventory Pulls with a Status of ‘Working’ will be available in the list.
Submitted:
The Inventory Transfer Requests with a Status of ‘Submitted’ will be available in the list.
Incomplete:
The Inventory Transfer Requests with a Status of ‘Incomplete’ will be available in the list.
Working:
The Inventory Pulls with a Status of ‘Working’ will be available in the list.
Select the Inventory Transfer Request or Inventory Pull from the list.
The ‘Pulled By’ drop-down will default to the current User, or it can be changed to a different User; and, the ‘Date’ Pulled will default to the current date, or it can be changed to a date in the past or future.
Click the ‘Start Inventory Pull’ button.
The ‘Inventory Pull’ screen will open. (Refer to Start Pull (Transfer Request)); OR,
Click the ‘Cancel’ button to close the dialog and return to the current screen.
