Inventory System Overview

The Inventory System in VetView allows you to track stock of physical products, both incoming via shipments and purchase orders, and then outgoing via floor stock transfers and sales.  Inventory is tightly integrated with Order Management and Pharmacy.

Inventory System Shortcuts

Product Estimate Widget:  This widget allows for a quick look up for the current cost of a single item using line and sequence.  

Product Links:  Available on certain screens, a product name will appear as a blue link to jump you directly to the Product Info details for that item.  (Only products of type Inventory can have inventory tracked.)
