Deficiencies from Incomplete MARs

When a Pharmacy is required by law to use Medication Administration Records, and a clinician prescribes a product that has been designated as needing a MAR to track, the incomplete MAR will flag an episode as deficient until it has been filled out and all of the product's usage accounted for.

This appears on the Patient List as a deficiency in the Medication section.

On the Patient Record, it will appear as a standard Incomplete box on the Medication header.

If the missing medication is an incomplete Vaccine Certificate, the Medication section will display that as the missing portion.

When the MAR or the Vaccine Certificate has been completed on the Patient Record, the Incomplete notice will disappear, and the Deficiency will drop off the episode on the Patient List and on the Medical Record Administration screen.
