Hospital Request Screens

The Hospital Request Screens include three components:  A queue system to generate a working list called the Request Worklist, and more refined Request Search screen, and a Request Details screen that can be accessed through either method to view and process requests. 

Navigation on Request Details uses forward and back buttons, that will move the user through the requests in the order of the results on the search screen or worklist, such that they do not need to return to the search screen to process the next request.
