Hospital Local Reports Screen

The Local Reports screen is where reports which pull in data from multiple other screens in VetView can be anchored for easy access.  It is comprised of two sections: a selector for the report to run and a place to enter the report's parameters, and a separate preview window to verify that the report appears as intended.  This preview pane is the PDF and can be printed immediately after the report is generated.

Report Parameters and Description

Select the report you want to run.  If any additional parameters are required, such as dates, enter those in.

Then click on Run the Report to generate the PDF.

Report Preview Pane

The Report Preview Pane displays the pages of the report as well as a closer view of the first page, with a scroll bar to see the rest of the report in more details.  The PDF controls also contain a zoom function to see the report even more closely.

Press the named Printer button to send the report to a specific printer.  You can also Export to Excel to generate a CSV that can be opened in any spreadsheet application,
