Search Reorder Lists

This functionality is new as of version 4.1.

The 'Product Reorder Search' screen is used to find existing, and initiate new, Product Reorder Lists.


To Search for Existing Reorder Lists:

  1. Navigate to the 'Navigation' menu.

    1. The options available on the ‘Navigation’ menu will depend on the Privileges that are assigned to the User.

  2. Select the ‘Product Reorder’ hyperlink in the ‘Inventory Screens’ section.

  3. The ‘Product Reorder Search’ screen will open:

  4. Select the search criteria:

    1. Inventory Area:

      1. Product Reorder Lists are created for a single Inventory Area that will receive the Purchase Order Deliveries.

      2. The list of Inventory Areas will be limited to the Hospital Units to which the User is assigned, with the ‘Purchase Order’ Elevated Privilege. (Refer to Configure Inventory Elevated Privilege.)

    2. Vendor:

      1. Product Reorder Lists can be limited to one Vendor, or they can contain several Vendors.

      2. In order to locate a Product Reorder List by Vendor, the list must be limited to one Vendor.

    3. Created By:

      1. Use this criteria to locate Product Reorder Lists that were created by a specific User.

    4. Last Updated:

      1. The ‘Last Updated’ date is updated when the Product Reorder List is Saved, or used to Create Purchase Orders.

  5. Click the ‘Search’ button to execute the search.

  6. Click the ‘Reset’ button to clear all of the search criteria fields.
