Purchase Order Privileges

The Purchase Orders privileges control access to the Purchase Order screen and features within it.

Access to this screen should be reserved for inventory managers or other users who need the ability to view, create, and modify purchase orders in the system.

Privilege	Definition	Screen
Purchase Orders	Grants access to the PO Page. Without this privilege, the Purchase Orders screen is not available under Navigation > Inventory Screens.	Navigation
Ignore Contract on PO	Allows the user to leave the contract field blank on a PO	Purchase Orders
Add Vendor Contract Product	Allows a user to add a product to a contract when the product is not already on the contract	Purchase Orders
