Pharmacy Privileges
The Pharmacy privileges control specific features on the Pharmacy queue and other pharmacy screens. Some prescription privileges are listed under the Patient level privileges instead.

| Pharmacy | Root access to the pharmacy system. Users without this privilege are unable to find the Pharmacy Fill Queue and Prescription Search screens under Navigation. | Pharmacy Fill Queue |
| Access Pharmacy | Grants read-only privileges for the Pharmacy Fill Queue and Prescription Search screens. |

| Prescription Fill | Allows the user the right to access the Prescription Fill Screen for a prescription from the Pharmacy Fill Queue. This is read-only, unless the user has been listed as belonging to the pharmacy under Pharmacy Setup. | Prescription Fill Screen |
| Pharmacy Queue Admin | Allows the user to see and open the Admin button, which currently allows for mass deletions of older prescriptions based on status. | Pharmacy Fill Queue |
| Access CDM Search | Grants the user the ability to access the Controlled Drug Machine Log and perform a search, but not to modify any records. | CDM Search |
| Edit CDM Records | Allows the user to make changes to the CDM records on the Controlled Drug Machine Log. These can include reposting charges, modifying users on the record, etc. | CDM Search |
| Transfer Prescription in Review | Admin privilege that allows a pharmacist to transfer a prescription from the current pharmacy to a different pharmacy, even if the prescription is in Review status. | Pharmacy Fill Queue |
| Edit Issued Prescription | Admin privilege that allows the user to edit a prescription after issue. Changes will still be logged in the prescription history. | Pharmacy Search Screen |
| Medication Administration Record | Grants the user the rights to enter in a MAR for controlled substances. | Patient Record |
| Edit MAR | Allows the user to make changes to a MAR after it was submitted the first time. | Patient Record |
| MAR Admin | Grants access to the Administration Search screen, to verify the status of prescriptions that were issued and administered and are required to have a MAR added on the patient record. | Administration Search |
