Hospital Admissions Privileges
Privilege | Description | Screen |

Admissions | Grants access to the Admissions system. Without this privilege, none of the privileges below may be accessible. | Admissions Screen |
Search Admissions | Controls searching of admissions. | Admissions Screen |
Create Admissions | Controls creating admissions. | Admissions Screen |
Edit Admissions | Controls editing of admissions. | Admissions Screen |
Add Patient to Admission | Allows the user to add patients on the Admission screen | Admissions Screen |
Add Client To Admission | Allows the user to add owners, RDVMs, and clinics on the Admission Screen | Admissions Screen |
Mark Admission as cancelled / no show | Allows the user to cancel an admission, or mark it as a no-show | Admissions Screen |
Remove Admission Cancelled/No Show Status | Admin override to return a Cancelled or No-Show status back to pre-admitted status. Without this privilege, the user cannot undo the cancellation or no-show status. | Admissions Screen |
Mark Admission as on Hold | Allows the user to mark a PA as "On Hold" if the status of the admission is uncertain. Without this privilege, the Hold button should not be visible. | Admissions Screen |
Remove Admission Hold Status | Admin override to return a Hold status pre-admission back to a pre-admitted status. Without this privilege, the user cannot remove Hold status. | Admissions Screen |
Add Pre-Admission Attachments | Grants permission for the user to upload attachments via the PA screen. Without this privilege, the attachments may be viewed, but the Attach Document button is not visible. | Admissions Screen |
Edit PA Documents | Allows the user to Edit any documents that are added via the Admission screen but which are actually documents that will show up on the patient record. Give this privilege to users who will need to edit any PA documents, but do not need full edit access to patient medical documents. | Admissions Screen |
