Grants access to the Medical Records category under Navigation. Without this privilege, none of the screens below will be accessible.

Medical Records Management

Grants access to the Medical Records Management screen. This screen allows for modifying of the requirements of an episode, and notifications to users regarding deficiencies.

Medical Record Tracking

Grants access to the Medical Record Tracking screen. This screen allows for logistical tracking of physical medical records within the records department.

Communication Worklist

Grants access to the communication worklist.  If a user has this privilege they also have access to all the features on the Worklist.

Document Attachment Access

Grants access to the Document Attachment Screen and displays it under Navigation.  Includes permission to upload, preview, and save documents.

Management

Allows user to perform admin functions for document attachment such as searching through the Attachment Logs.   Note that API setup is a separate privilege.

Delete Document

Allows the user to delete a document after it was attached to a client, patient, or episode.

Folder & API Setup

Displays the Automatic File Upload Job under Job Setup and allows a user to make changes to the Additional Settings.  These setup steps must be performed before VetView can attach any documents.
