Overview

  1. Picklists can now be defined for one of more of the following functions:
    1. Billing
    2. Estimates
    3. Hospital Requests
    4. Inventory Transfer Requests
    5. Night Cart
    6. Product Reorders
    7. Purchase Orders
  2. The combination of Privileges and Assigned Hospital Units will restrict which the User's ability to access Picklists.

Functionality

 Picklist Setup...

Picklist Setup:

  1. Navigate to the 'Product Setup' screen via the 'Navigation Menu'.
  2. Navigate to the 'Picklist Setup' tab.

 Assign Users to Picklists...

Assign Users to Picklists:

  1. Navigate to the 'Hospital Setup' screen via the 'Navigation Menu'.
    1. Select a Hospital.
  2. Navigate to the 'Unit Setup' tab.
    1. Select a Hospital Unit.
  3. Navigate to the 'Assigned Users' subtab.
  4. Add or Edit an Employee.
    1. The 'Assign User to Unit' dialog will appear.
  5. Select the appropriate 'Access' checkbox to grant the User access to one or more of the types of Picklists.
    1. Billing Picklists
    2. Inventory Transfer Request Picklists
    3. Night Cart Picklists
    4. Product Reorder Picklists
    5. Purchase Order Picklists

Inventory Transfer Request Picklists:

  1. Navigate to the 'Inventory Transfer Request Search' screen via the 'Navigation Menu'.
    1. Search for, and select, an existing, or create a new, Inventory Transfer Request.

    2. The 'Inventory Transfer Request' screen will open.

  2. Click the 'Picklist' button.

    1. The 'Picklist' dialog will appear.

Definitions

  • Following is a table of definitions for the screens (Components), components of screens (Subcomponents), fields (UI Element labels, names and entities), controls (names and entities), DB columns, adjustment types, privileges, attributes, and specs that have a direct, or indirect, connection to the term 'Picklist'.
  • Use the controls at the top of the table to change the sort, grouping, and row height.
  • To see more of the cell content, click on the cell expansion control located at the top-right corner of a selected cell.
