Hospital Statements Job

The Hospital Statements job runs once a month and automatically generate the client account statements for the previous month.

Job Settings

The Hospital Statements job has the standard options for a VetView API job.  The Active Flag means that the job is turned on and available to start.  The Auto Start flag means that the job will automatically run at the specified time even after a server reboot.

The Server to Run On has a list of all the servers connected to the VetView database.  VetView strongly recommends that you have a dedicated server for API jobs, especially processor intensive jobs like Hospital Statements, to avoid interfering with the production servers.

This job is also best to run during the off hours.  You can select the specific date of the month and time you want the job to run.
